When will my order ship?


All Scrub Club boxes ship during the first week of each month.

What is the order cutoff date?

The cutoff is the 25th of each month.

  • Order on or before the 25th → You’ll receive the upcoming month’s box
  • Order after the 25th → You’ll receive the following month’s box

Will I be charged right away?


Yes. Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout to reserve your subscription.

What happens if I order after the 25th?


No worries—you’re still in!

Your subscription will simply begin with the next available box, and you’ll be billed again on the 1st of that cycle.

Can I skip a month or cancel?

Yes! You can:

  • Skip a month
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel anytime after your first order

All through your customer portal.
