My daughter was thrilled and excited about the candle that I had requested. This was a graduation gift and the Hibiscus sent was a winner. They did a great job with the color and the lable was customized to her school and her sports and orchesta. I will order again as this a huge success in making graduation that much more special. This scent is so yummy and not over powering due to my sensitivity.
The wicks are very short and the wax is full. While burning it spills over and then the fire goes out. The smell is amazing.

Store owner replied: I am so sorry you were not happy with your candle. Wick are to be trimmed to 1/4", I leave mine longer for the first burn. And yes, this style of candle there is more wax than jars. I do try to make sure my customers know to remember to put your candle on a safe plate for run off. i am in the process of making new instruction cards for this style of candle. Please let me know if you have anymore concerns

I absolutely love this business! The scents are amazing, and she does a great job explaining how they will smell before you buy. The body scrubs and lotions are top quality. The wax melts last a few days before needing to be replaced. Overall, I recommend everyone give her business a try! The shipping has always arrived on time and has never been damaged.
